I bought a V11 direct from Dyson last night and the vacuum was delivered very fast this morning. However, despite claiming it came with a complimentary floor stand, it wasn’t delivered with the vacuum. Will this arrive separately?
I wanted to ask Dyson direct but I wasn’t prepared to stay on the line for 85 minutes to speak to someone this evening (estimated wait time) and the Digital Assistant doesn’t work at the moment on either the website or the My Dyson app so live chat isn’t an option.
