On Christmas day, my two-month old Dyson vacuum V15 completely stopped charging. Not happy that a brand new very expensive piece of equipment stops working after 2 months. I am not charging through the dock - I am using the charger plugged into the wall and going directly into the port in the battery (the simplest way that should be problem free but it is not).
