Can't get support from Chat | Dyson Community

Hi, my Dyson hair dryer suddenly stopped working. There is no LED light on. I would like to book a repair but the support chat kept saying “Sorry, I didn't understand that.” as I typed in my email address.

This is not something I’d expect after paying hundreds of bucks for a device. Please guide me how to book a repair or replacement. Huge thanks!

I’ve received this error too! I have been trying to process a refund and have had no help from customer service by phone so I tried the online return form, but of course the online bot is useless.
