Cancel order put on august 3rd and has not been dispatched yet | Dyson Community

Hi,

I bought a spare part on August 3rd and I haven’t receive a dispatch confirmation email yet. I spoke last friday with chat service and the person there told me it would arrive in 48 hours, which it never did. I would like to ask to cancel the order, but this is not possible on the website, because, as it says:

“As noted at checkout, once an order has been placed, it can't be cancelled nor can we change the items in the order. Dyson gladly accepts returns in accordance with the Dyson returns policy. You may either refuse delivery upon arrival, or submit a return request through the button below to receive a postage-paid return label.”
 
Of course, if I haven’t received the item yet I can’t refuse it nor sent it back. I’m dubious it will ever arrive, so I want to cancel the order as soon as possible. The chat service hasn’t been useful at all, how can I cancel the order?
