For a couple of days now that my order has been marked as delivered but it wasn't.
I am trying to contact them via the chat and get to the part where I need to submit my email address, I got the following error "Sorry, I didn't understand that".
I tried to call but it is 50 minute wait time and they hung out on me twice!
I am so so so frustrated and I paid a lot of money for items that were not delivered. Can someone please advise?
I'm based in the US on the east coast.
