Card charged twice for dyson air wrap | Dyson Community

I ordered a dyson air wrap on 11/29, my first order was cancelled (probably five seconds after I placed it), my second order went through. I was charged twice. Messaged customer service EVERY DAY since then, they keep telling me to wait another day or contact my bank. I was told the money would be back within 48 hours, which obviously was untrue. 

The charge was initated by dyson, shouldn’t they be able to give me a refund? Several days later, there is still a > $1000 dollar charge on my card for TWO airwraps. 

I advise everyone who is thinking of ordering from the dyson website to seek another retailer, like Ulta. This is absolutely ridiculous.
