The situation: About an hour ago, I accidentally ordered the Dyson Purifier Hot+Cool Formaldehyde purifying fan heater in the wrong color (Nickel/Gold) when I intended to order White/Gold. However, I was told that I now have to wait for the delivery and only then can I return it.
Why can’t I simply request a color update for the order? I realised that I ordered the wrong color right after purchasing. The item has clearly not been processed yet, and making this change would simplify everything for both the buyer and the seller.
