Hello! Saved to get my wife a special straightener to match our vacuum and hair dryer, Dyson fans. The battery in this is failing, and never allowed a full use on a charge. How can I have it replaced? Dyson makes great stuff, you pay for it. I figure it's worth replacing the battery for something so nice, that my wife loves. Any info would be helpful. Thanks. I know the warranty policy, unless the battery can be replaced no questions asked because Dyson is an excellent company, I'd like to know my options. Thanks much!
