I waited in three days expecting a hair dryer delivery. After the second time I realised they were delivering to the wrong address. It took me half an hour on Dyson chat to communicate that dpd were delivering to the wrong address. The third time they still delivered to the wrong address. When I called up, I was told Dyson had not done anything wrong because they had the right address in their records. I couldn’t believe it. Zero responsibility. I had ordered direct because I didn’t want Amazon to take a large slice of the profits. It’s not polite to say what I think. Suffice to say I’m sufficiently incensed to waste further time writing poor reviews. Other reviews indicate getting a refund is likely to be an equally frustrating experience.
