Has anyone received the wrong vacuum model? If so, how long did it take for Dyson to correct their mistake? I’m hoping to receive the correct model as it is a Christmas present. 

I ordered a V11 and was sent a V10 instead. I chatted with customer service and sent photos to which the representative “informed me” that the V11 does not have an LCD screen and that I received the correct product. I then called customer service and during video chat, the representative was able to confirm that I did indeed receive a V10 and not a V11. Unfortunately I have to wait 24-72 hours to contact Dyson while they investigate the warehouse mistake.
