Good morning everyone,
I have gotten in contact with Dyson customer service representatives and they keep saying the same thing. The product I ordered was in stock and they have to submit a form. After this they said that I would receive an email with the order updates within 24hrs all three times. I waited the 24hrs and when I didn’t receive anything I called and explained the issue again. I’ve ordered from Dyson 3 previous times and I’ve never had this issue. The representatives seem very helpful and we’re pleasant to speak with but there has been no headway with my order. Has anyone had these issues and are there supervisors that I would be able to be connected with to get this issue resolved?
