My DC41 brush head bristles were worn out and not picking up hair etc. so I ordered a new brush head. However, when I installed the new brush head, it doesn’t rotate. I tried using the old brush head, and that doesn’t rotate either. It was rotating fine until I removed it to replace with the new brush head.
Can someone pls throw some light on this?

It sounds like you may need to reset the brush bar - to help, I’d suggest visiting our Diagnostic page and using the troubleshooting steps to help resolve it with a self-help visual guide here:
You’ll need your machine to hand to do this. The best place to start is our online support guide, which you can find here: Dyson Support
Once here, navigate to the 'Support' option in the top navigation bar and select your machine from the on-screen options.
