Hi everyone
I have had my DC45 for more than 16 years already but now the battery needs to be renewed. Unfortunately when I enter the serial number on the Dyson website, the system does not recognize it (I've tried everything...). Does anyone have experience with this?

As you’ve mentioned this is now one of our older models, and due to its age we’re no longer able to support it with spare parts or servicing options.
