I would like to know to know if it's possible to clean the dirt stuck inside this seemingly inaccessible part of the bin?

Small quantities of dust particles between the seals and bin base won’t affect the performance or functionality of your machine. We would advise against removing the seals to clean underneath them as they could be tricky to refit, and a seal which is out of position could compromise the sealed system design.
In general, the bin assembly can be kept clean by wiping it with a soft dry or damp cloth - please don’t wash or submerge it, and ensure it’s fully dry before reassembling and using your machine.
