This unit has broken multiple times, support at dyson is not helpful. First they said I was still under warranty, I sent it to repair free of charge. Now they said I am actually out of warranty and they don’t have the motherboard to fix this unit. This machine has been used for about 1.5 years, and I am being told there is nothing I can do. $1000 later, and zero help from Dyson. This is unreal. Does anyone have any advice? When I call Dyson support, they end up hanging up on me.
