We strongly advise against purchasing a Dyson machine in one country for use in another. It may not work as intended, and it can also make it extremely difficult for us to offer support in the event of a breakdown.

We don’t offer an international guarantee, so any repairs, replacement parts or servicing could become chargeable, and can sometimes require the machine to be returned to the country of purchase at your cost.

It is also disappointing that for a very expensive brand, you dont provide an international warranty and dual voltage. Your products are good but your policies sucks.
