I got airwrap as a birthday gift few years ago, and hardly use it to blow dry or straighten my hair because the handle is too heavy nad pain my fingers due to arthritis. what are my options of replacing or returning?

I’m sorry to hear you’re finding your machine too heavy. Any options around exchange or refund would depend on where your machine was purchased from.
If it was ordered direct from Dyson, it would now be far beyond our free returns period as you mention having owned it for a few years, so we wouldn’t be able to exchange or refund it for you.
If it was purchased from a third party retailer, any decision around exchange or refund would come down to their individual store policies. This isn’t something we’d be able to influence, and you would need to continue this conversation directly with the retailer to see what your options are.
