So so disappointed and upset over the response from Dyson. My air wrap wand started shutting off so I did all the trouble shooting (cleaning the filter, cage and everything). Spoke to a customer care rep threee weeks ago and she made me troubleshoot for 40 mins which I patiently did. I was told someone will call me back in 24-48 hours to let me know how would I send my machine to the repai center (the closest to me is 1.5 hours away).

Anyways waited for two and a half weeks, no call and then I called back… after speaking to two reps and telling them I was ready to pay for the repair, I was told that for the air wrap you can only do a walk in at a repair store!!!

it’s ridiculous that once your warranty is over, you can’t do anything but air on a 500.00$ machine which has been gently used for my 10 year old daughter twice a week. I never thought once to buy this thinking it was Dyson… it’s just ridiculous how they give up on once you have bought the machine and out of warranty.
