I'm at my wits end with Dyson customer services. 

I've been trying to resolve an issue with a ‘clean filter’ message appearing on my Dyson v15 that I only received a week ago. 

 

I've been put on hold for half an hour and then hung up on. I've been told they'd call back in ‘20 minutes’ and they never call back.

They've told me they've escalated the issue to ‘seniors’ and I should wait 48-72 hours. But I never hear anything. 

Last time I called they said my issue got escalated to the wrong place so I need to wait another 72 hours. 

How on earth do I get help with this issue? Every time I call I'm given a different excuse.

I really didn't expect this from Dyson. So disappointed.

It would be a problem caused by the filter itself, or the main body assembly.

Your machine detects the magnet attached on the filter, and it is likely to be solved by receiving a new filter. 

I totally agree with you that Dyson’s CS is going downhill. Very disappointing to see that Dyson is treating customers like this recently. This is not just happening in the UK, and I guess they are cutting their contact centre’s size to save money..
