I’m still waiting for delivery of an order from 2/9/24 

It has been despatched but not received by myself. Whenever I contact Dyson they are no help at all! Nobody knows anything !  I have tried to track my parcel with Parcelforce they said they need more info from Dyson. 
In desperation I have asked to cancel my order and get a refund !!! Please god save me from Dyson they are terrible to deal with!!!
