Hi,

I placed an order online on the dyson website for the V15s detect submarine on 21st December for guaranteed delivery before Christmas as advertised on the website There was no update on the delivery so I raised a complaint with Dyson webchat customer service on 24th December only to be told that the matter is being investigated. I complained again on 28th December and was told I will get an update today i.e 31st December. After talking with the webchat support today I am being told that due to unforeseen circumstances my order was cancelled(without asking me if I want to cancel) and I will be refunded in 5 working days, 

This all just seems like a scam run by Dyson, why would they cancel my order without asking me and what were the unforeseen circumstances due to which the order could not be processed is beyond me.

Anyway I wanted to share my experience with you all and alert everyone of this scam.
