Just bought the Dyson Outsize last week for my new home. I installed the wall mount by following the instructions & video and the top screw is not secure. It moves side to side but cannot go in any further or else it will damage the plastic mount. Once the vacuum is on the mount it pulls it off 1 or 2 mm from the wall. Is this normal? I’m worried one of these days it's going to come crashing down… Photo attached! Thanks!
