dyson pure hot and cool

My brand new Dyson pre hot and cool, makes an annoying whirring sound when switched on. The moe powerful the speed of the fan is, the louder the noise.

i have tried unplugging it from wall, but this has not resolved the issue.

also the model is not on the Dyson app, so no remedies can be found there.  Why isnt it on the App ?

@Gofthegreen Usually that noise will indicate that a part is not set on the machine correctly. Go ahead and go to your local Dyson support page - there, you can enter your Dyson serial number and it will pull up step-by-step troubleshooting guides for you.
