Dyson Purifier Humidify & Cool Formaldehyde PH04 humidifier not working after deep clean cycle

Question

Hi all, so I bought my dyson in may and just 2 weeks ago i did the deep clean cycle, after that its no longer working with a triangle alert sign on the screen with not turning off. I have tried every troubleshooting tips and trick with no luck. Before the deep cycle, the screen only showed green horizontal line and i thought it was in sleep mode so it didint show the full display but i guess i was wrong. The screen was malfunctioning too.

As i dont have a dyson store in my country, and i biught from another country, i would like to fix it and use it. Please help!!!

@uyanga308 Thanks for your post. The Triangle/! usually indicates some kind of unresolved electrical issue. I’d suspect this is the case if you’re using the Dyson in another country with a different voltage standard.
Also, try using this machine in another room and not on a power strip.
