Dyson Return Requested, No Response/Follow-up in Over a Week | Dyson Community

Hi community,

 

I requested a dyson return over a week ago which was confirmed to have been received and was promised a follow up with instructions for return within 48 hours.

It’s been over a week since then with no instructions/next steps on how to send the return.

What gives? Is this the type of customer service expected from dyson? Seems opposite of what I would expect from a premium brand...

Hi @kangfromny I am sorry you have not been able to setup a return. We do not have order access here in the community. If you can send an email over to email askdysonUS@dyson.com and Attn Connected Community in the subject. Then in the email provide me your order number I will get this taken care of. 


Thanks for sending the ½ labels for the supersonic. I sent it back, that said you never sent the airstrait label from the same order as suggested.

Have replied back 5 times now over the past week asking you to send the airstrait return label and have not heard back from you or anyone else at dyson…
