My mother in law absolutely loves her Small Ball.
Sadly the head stopped working a while ago. It’s been Out of stock for ages on Dyson’s website.
We’ve tried contacting Dyson but they all say the same, head will be back in stock soon.
Months passed and head is still unavailable.
Does Dyson do this on purpose so people were buying new machines instead? Or is there some problem with stock?
We just don’t know what to do with it. Should we wait or just get a new vacuum.
Have to mention though, my mother in law loves the vacuum but the cord is horrible. Why have they made the cord on this model so stiff so rigid. The worst thing about this vacuum cleaner.
My mother in law doesn’t even mind the noise as much as the doesn’t like the cord.
