I bought  hair straightener and I decided to return it back.I arranged return collection in UK 3 times and still courier didn’t arrive.

How I can return unwanted product?

It’s look like this is impossible.

Dyson do challenge themselves to offer the highest levels of service, so I can only apologies for the experience you’ve had so far.
