I wanted a new Dyson filter, bought a new one and it cuts out on low and medium, but working on high!
However, the original Dyson filter that came with the machine works fine on all power settings!
Really strange...anyone got the same problem? Thanks!

Hi Teanna... i got the new filter directly from dyson store. So it is original …however, now the original filter that came with the machine does not work anymore on low and medium speed.. except high : (
I wonder if it's the battery problem.. it's been 3 years already.
