Just contacted CS and mentioned about the ‘rubber bits falling off the machine” (near the main chamber) and was advised that I needed to have a video call in order for them to see the issue, however I did not want too do this and therefore they could not deal with that side of my complaint. I also offered to send pics but that was not acceptable for some reason. And whilst the rubber bits falling off the machine do not affect the usage of the machine, after spending a considerable amount of money do not expect any parts to be falling for something that is used for a short time at the very most twice a week for a very brief period.
Tried live chat earlier but the robot asked me the same question at least 10 times hence I made the telephone call. I have been told I will be sent a filter for the “ack of suction” but again we have already cleaned the filter at the rear. CS was not the best had to ask the person several times to repeat the different questions it got somewhat frustrating by the end of the conversation, felt I was answering randomly as at times I had no idea what I was being asked.
Very disappointed with current outcome!
