Has anyone successfully received an email address To make a complaint? I do not want a telephone number as I just go round in circles given the same information and assurances over and over again. Even when I asked for an email address, it was not the correct one, and bounced. I have asked to speak to a manager and I have been assured on several occasions that they will call me, and never have. I only want an email address to put my complaint in writing. This has gone on for long enough. I sent my hoover to them for repair at the end of January. I am still waiting. All the chasing has been by me and no one I speak to has any records of conversations. I am beyond frustrated.
