we have half a dozen Dyson products - one of which is a new cool purifying fan, the rose gold version. We recently purchased through John Lewis as Dyson had no stock.
anyway, we wanted to change to a more expensive fan as the purifying fan wasn’t fit for purpose. Dyson had promised us on two separate occasions to assist and promised a refund, now we are being completely ignored with customer service denying the fact we were offered a refund - we were!
has anyone a contact at Dyson? Or had a similar experience? Every time we call, we can’t get through to an appropriate party, the chat / WhatsApp team are hopeless.
