I ordered air wrap I’d for my wife for Christmas it was order on the 17th and Dyson decided to cancel my order and send a email on the 22nd of December that it’s going to be delayed in shipping? So I call and the phone rep was no help and told me there was no email send them I had to send that email back to find out that they were out of stock and it will ship when it ship! So needless to say it will arrive after Christmas. Unfortunately I don’t have money like that to just go and get a different one. So now I have to wait 14day for my money to be refunded on a product they canceled and charge me and took it out of my account on the 17th, worst company do not do business with the they are criminals!
