Failed collection 3 times and failed customer service | Dyson Community

My corale straighteners stopped charging and I called Dyson and was so happy when a collection and replacement was arranged!

Little did I know it would not be plain sailing! Three failed collections - DPD called each time and the label supplied by Dyson failed to scan! So a week later and no replacement.

I have found customer service to be no help whatsoever and now am told no complaints procedure!

Where do I go to now?

I have several Dyson products but will never purchase again!
