Getting a new battery whilst cordless vacuum cleaner is still under guarantee | Dyson Community

I have a cordless V7 that is under guaruntee until 26th November. The battery seems to need replacing - a conclusion I’ve come to after following all the trouble shooting procedures and then online chat. The online assistant told me last week it would get back to me about a new battery and so far heard nothing. If my machine is still under warranty, how do I go about getting replacement parts confirmed? I’ve tried phoning the help centre but have been told my wait time is 103 minutes! I don’t want my guarantee to expire before this has been resolved. 

@Trac69 That won’t be an issue, as long as you contact Dyson before that period is over, it should be fine. Try contacting local support again and let them know that you already went through the troubleshooting steps. Thanks.
