My AM09 heat cool fan functionality of heat and cool fan works fine, but the display us not working. Because of this, i cant know what the temperature setting is. This resulted in circuit breaker getting resetting as i kept increasing the temperature without know what the temperature.
After speaking to customer service and creating a ticket, i took it to the service center a month ago. They called me a couple of days stating they dont have the part and hence they cant repair.
I love the heater/fan unit, but I am disappointed Dyson does not have parts for a well known problem for the AM09 unit.
What are my options now? How do I get it fixed?
