I tried calling Dyson again today as they have stopped responding to my emails.
I spent (another) hour on the phone.
My vacumm was returned (per their request) on 11/14. They state I did not send all of the parts (I did). They now want me to file (after about 50 calls/texts/messages) a complaint with UPS as if the items “magically” disappeared from the box.
The customer service (disservice) is abysmal. Every time you call you start all over. Apparently there are no records of conversations, tracking & order numbers, nor anything else that has transpired. I cannot understand why they don’t just send the replacment or refund the customer’s money. For such a high-end brand they are horrible to deal with, have yet to do anything to resolve the issue, and have amounted to (near) 100 + hours working on getting my money or my vacuum. Certainly seems like a scam..
