HELP - my order keeps getting cancelled | Dyson Community

I’ve been trying to order the ‘Large Round Volumizing brush’ for a while now and for some reason every time I place the order a few days later it gets cancelled. I get an email saying “your card was authorized, but Dyson hasn’t taken payment”. I’ve already talked with customer support and they weren’t able to help me so I don’t know what else to do. Does anyone else have this problem? Is there a way I can actually get the brush, because it seems impossible.
