I have been trying to commutate with dyson, their commutate is very good at collection your information but I have no idea if they have passed on my problem to the other support teams, and they cannot say. I can only log another call. they are happy to send me a new machine but unable to say if the call had been reported to the s/w team. It seems such a waste of money. There seems to be no procedure.
