I have a V11 cordless dyson - the brush head ‘’ball’’ has lost a screw so its a bit loose - rang Dyson customer services twice and they say they dont send spare screws but insist I buy a new brushead for £80 - a) thats a rip off and b) this makes a mockery of their environmental policy - it would be so much more environmentally friendly to send a spare screw… Any suggestions welcome! Thanks in advance
