I have been waiting over 4 months now for my money. 

Dyson received the device a few months back, per the postal tracking alert and their own email stating as much.

But where is my money??? Not in my bank account.

Like, I'm gonna needs some interest on it at this point. 

This is ridiculous.

 

Has anyone ever actually received a refund for Dyson? Like does that happen, cause based on what I'm seeing on Reddit and other forums, this seems to be more common than not.

 

If an employee reads this, can you get me some information? Every time I call in it takes over an hour to basically get told that they cant help me.
