How do i complain about terrible customer service, re no update on a return | Dyson Community

I have contacted Dyson customer services regarding my fan heater which was returned to Dyson (via DPD) on 27th October, I’ve been promised an email response twice, I’m still waiting. Shocking lack of customer service. I bought this produce in January. I won’t be buying anything else from them. I’m now left without a heater and no signs of it returning and out of pocket by £300! How do I get this repair update and either my heater returned or a new one as it’s under warranty. 

I wish I could give you some positive feedback- but I’m also having shocking customer service, they basically lie to you. I’ve absolutely no idea how I’m going to sort my faulty out of the box hand held vacuum
