Purchased vacume cleaner (animal) and home cleaning kit in March. Delay on home cleaning kit so rang said not received. But then it turned up. Charged £417.49 instead of invoiced amount of £429.99. Received refund of £379.99.for vacume cleaner but still owed £37.50 for home cleaning kit. It has been over a month now!
Lots of investigations when you ring customer service but I still have not had my money back.
