Why do I keep getting fobbed off by customer services? I thought Dyson were supposed to be a company of excellence but all I get is the run around. Christian in CS said a part was out of stock and to phone back in 2 weeks if I hadn't received the replacement. So I did and got a one week deadline from Adrian in CS. MY DYSON V12 is still in warranty and the "elbow" joint has broken. It may not seem much but at 186cm tall it means I don't need to stoop to vacuum. Regardless of that, the part broke within warranty. I guess Dyson just don't care like they used to and are the same as Hoover now. Money grabbing conglomerates with no interest in customers
