How does one get problem escalated to second line support?

I used chat on 14 June 2024 (over 2 weeks ago) to inform Dyson of a problem with my account appearing to be blocked. Despite multiple additional chats and multiple “wait 24 hours” nothing has happened. Account still unreachable. No communication. Nothing.

There is obviously a problem that first line support can’t fix.

P.S. I love the products. Wish customer support was half as good.

As far as I’m aware the only other option would be to call them. You might also be able to message them either here on the forum or on their social media pages which can sometimes yield better results

Posting my question in this forum seemed to do the trick. Problem now resolved.
