I’ve read other people’s issues. It’s disgusting that Dyson operates like this. I hope they get SUED.  I already posted on google and everywhere else I can to warn people about what a SHAM company this is overseas.

Dyson rep refused to honor their price match guarantee (should’ve been a warning) so I canx my order I had JUST placed. I bought a vacuum $200 cheaper at target instead. I was given a canx conf # and told I’d get my money back in 3-5 days.  TWO WKS later and I’m still waiting as they “accidentally” shipped it last week and then canx the shipping while it was enroute (has tracking info) and had it returned to them. But they wont refund me until their paperwork is in order. NOTHING to do with me. I want my money.  I never asked for it to be shipped I have nothing to do with how long the warehouse takes to do paperwork yet I am now told another 2 wks AFTER they complete paperwork so ANOTHER MONTH. It’s Christmas and I want my money. I already bought a Dyson at target!! I canx 10 mins after paying them two wks ago.  This is why I am now returning the target Dyson…on principle I will NEVER EVER buy a Dyson again, don’t care how good the product ‘is’ I’m done and suggest you go elsewhere so you don’t have to deal with this and warranty nightmare issues like other customers.

I have a missing product from a delivery, wasn’t able to get any concrete help from customer service.
Created a post in this forum which clearly stated the issue and how their CS reps reacted.

The post was being deleted within 30 minutes of creation. It seems to me that they are not actively solving customer issues, but rather busy trying to hide their mistakes.
