Hi all, 

I’m wondering whether this is a common problem with Dyson not giving me a refund after returning an item ( request number 42649021 )

I chat with customer services many times now and they promised that they will process the refund, escalate it to their accounting team, etc etc but no actual refund received. 

Is this a common problem? I really don’t know what else I can do because every time I call their customer services, they will ‘escalate’ it but there is no action.
