We are on our 3rd WashG1, frustrated, stressed just doesn't express my feelings after such a dread experience.

I have been a loyal Dyson customer for 20 years until this point.  My husband paid 800 euros as I was so excited to use the WashG1 and we are now on the 3rd WashG1 same old problem leaks water, want switch on and so on and so on.

Videos shared with Dyson, so many chats with Dyson on whats app which is endless and stressful as we seem to on so many occasions go through the same old questions or they have misplaced our reference number etc etc

They just want give us our money back after 3 faulty products and we are stuck with a vacum that does not work.

 

Problem still not resolved and I am now at despair what should I do Dyson? the customer experience has been the worst experience, and we have a product that I believe the customer is being used to test a product that is not fit at this time to sell in the market.
