Hello,

I wanted to know if anyone had a better shot of getting a refund with their credit card after they return their product (since it looks like it’s very difficult to get your money back), or did they actually get a refund eventually? (I also have Chase and they are really good at helping their clients).

I want to return a product but don’t want to lose the money and lose the product as well, if I never get my money back.

Honestly I feel like everyone should know about dyson’s  customer service before buying, I am scared.
