Has anyone else had the issue of your cart showing zero items, but showing a dollar amount? In addition, when I do add items, the item appears, the balance of the item is added to what is already showing, but when I try to purchase, it says the page cannot be found.

 

I hope one of the people that works with the programmers sees this. I think there is a bug in the program that removes items from your cart when no longer available. I had two items in my cart at one time that had the free brush promo. When the brushes were no longer available, the message appeared at the top of the cart page stating that these items have been removed.  Yet I think behind the scenes, it didn’t remove the actual items that I was getting the free brushes for, so that is where the balance is coming from. But since the actual items are not visible in my cart, I cannot remove them and it will not allow me to complete any other purchases, causing an error when I try to check out, even after adding actual visible items to my cart. 

I’m having the exact same issue. Cart is not showing any items, but the total balance showing $539.98. Can’t remove the items because no items are showing under the cart. I’ve tried clearing browser caches, different browsers, private/incognito mode, signing in and out, and also different devices, both mac/pc, and contacted support multiple times, and their suggestion is to create a new account. I want to utilize my owners discount with the products that are already registered under my account, so that’s not gonna work. I cannot purchase anything because of this issue. Really frustrating.
