Late 2024: how can I leave a product review on the Dyson website? | Dyson Community

On this site, there is advice about how to create a review on Dyson website, but it doesn’t work - at least on Dyson’s UK site as of November 2024. If I go to a product page and click on reviews, there is no option if I scroll down to add a review any more. Also, I can’t do so from the MyDyson site when looking at my product. I’ve tried on an iPhone and an iPad, and using Safari and Chrome.

So, does anyone know how to add a review based on the lastest version of the Dyson website.

Around 21 days after registering your new Dyson machine, you should receive an email from Dyson inviting you to leave a review. The email will include a direct link to the review form.

Thanks Jack. I don’t remember receiving that, but that’s just my forgetfulness!

However, what if I want to write a review after owning it for several months, or to edit my existing review to add my long-term experience? This is valuable information for prospective buyers.

So, how can I add a review after six months or a year?

Thanks, Jack. Yes, please pass on this feedback to Dyson. If the public find out that Dyson make it impossible to add a long-term review, they may come to the wrong conclusion that Dyson is trying to hide something. I always think full transparency is best, and the ability for Dyson to reply to reviews allows them to put the record straight and explain things that some customers don’t understand.
